Principal Welcome

                   WELCOME BACK!

The staff at Saegertown Elementary are getting ready for a new and exciting year of learning for every student.  I hope you had the opportunity to enjoy time together as a family this summer.  Vacations are great learning times and I am looking forward to hearing about all of the interesting things our students did during the break.

Staff will put extra emphasis on the development of strong character through building a community of caring learners in each classroom.  Our school “Virtue of the Month” for is important. Please look for this flyer to also come home monthly from our School Counselor, Mr. Darrell Shields.  Remember also that Students are SES! Striving for Excellence in School!

Again the upcoming year we will renew our efforts to challenge our students to do their very best in all learning activities.  We will work to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of every individual student here at Saegertown Elementary, to help them reach their greatest potential.  Be sure to check our website often for updates and happenings at SES.

Please feel free to stop by or call the office at 763-2314 with any questions or concerns that may arise during the year.  I know working together we will provide the best educational opportunities for your child.

During this new school year we encourage you to take an active role in the education of your child.  Please help your child learn the importance of being on time and prepared for class daily.  We count on your continued support, through great attendance, academic interest and continued communication.

IF YOUR CHILD MISSES SCHOOL AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON, PLEASE CALL OUR office at 763-2314 BY 9:00 A.M.
