Carley Mosbacher, pictured here with her parents, was the Highmark Caring Place poster contest winner for the elementary school division.  Carley crafted her entry in art class under the guidance of her Art Teacher, Mrs. Shartle.  Carley’s poster was selected from hundreds of entries and will be displayed in elementary schools across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania! Way to go Carley!
